The grid was clipped to a 20km buffer of the country extent- the country extent was based on using the data from EEAMapdata_5210_v2_3. The table file attached associated with the document contains the starting point (the "0, 0 point") for the grid for each country along with the number of rows and columns used in the fishnet tool.
